Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be processed, and associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.    3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

   4. Refund Processing: Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that reimbursements or returns will be issued only after the tires or wheels have been inspected and meet our return requirements.

Each tire comes with its respective DOT (Department of Transportation) code, ensuring it has been approved for road use and complies with federal safety regulations in the United States. The DOT code also includes key information about the tire’s manufacturing date, therefore any attempt to request a refund or return by the DOT date will be revoked immediately.
