All returns or reimbursements for new tires or wheels must receive prior approval from our customer service team. To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be processed, and associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
