All returns or reimbursements for new tires or wheels must receive prior approval from our customer service team. To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be processed, and associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The price does not include installation, mounting and balancing.
