To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved returns or reimbursements must meet our eligibility criteria, including the tire being in unused, resalable condition. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be processed, and associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All tires sold through our online store are brand new and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Each tire comes with its respective DOT (Department of Transportation) code, ensuring it has been approved for road use and complies with federal safety regulations in the United States. The DOT code also includes key information about the tire’s manufacturing date, therefore any attempt to request a refund or return by the DOT date will be revoked immediately.
